Gary - you are right - times have changed and it's a shift in behaviour for all. Regards Dave
Wow, how time flys. My children are long out of school and the start of school is the last thing on my mind. It's great to be able to be around for our grandchildren. Buyers are getting smarter every day, just like our school children, learning never stops.
I just got a table saw, and I'm learning how to make things I never thought I could do. Life is good.
Gary I like the way you tied the need for drivers to slow down to the reduction in real estate inventory in Brevard County. I can see the need for buyer to make more realistic offers in order to win.
Have a great week and enjoy your time with that grandson.
Hi Gary, everything changes, the children are back to school and now people can devote more
time to finding their dream home.
Contact Gary to find your next home .
Good advice to be careful when driving. Good to read that there are fewer homes for sale.
Kenneth - Thanks. Glad to hear you say "life is good." Very often we never see what we really have...and it is good.
Jennifer - Thanks..have a great NY week!
Irene - Thanks...yes, please contatc me!
Gita - Thanks.
About time. .we still have 3 weeks to go but I can't wait for my little guy starts riding the bus fro the first time. .
Fernando - Three weeks will be here before you know it. Thanks!
We find that more than a few sellers are still waiting and holding out for those high prices to come back. They say, "it's just not fair that bla bla down the street got $600,000 for that dump and you tell me mine is worth $250,000".
Our teachers started today. Kids to follow next week. Fortunately, I live in a small town and am hardly affected by the greatly increased traffic. Whew!
Patricia - Thanks!
Chris and Dick - I see them as well. I guess they are OK with paying more later.
Nan - Small town life...nice thing about them is the traffic or lack there of!
Kevin - Thanks!
