Scary time for students coming to Boston, MA!Rental Suggestions

I wish I could of warned all of the income students or people relocating to Masachusetts, particularly the city and surrounding, for

a rental for September 1, 2012, that they would have not much to choose from, actually this started from the beginng of the spring straight through now!  There is just nothing left!

I had to turn away a few groups of young professionals, as I could not find them a thing.

Here is a hint for those that are expected to study/relocate/transfer, whatever the siutation, landlords are giving their available units

to us for September 1, 2013, starting in January!!!  This is the time to plan your apartment hunt for the fall.  Begin by developing a

relationship with a local agent via phone and email!  Talk often, about where you will need to get to on a daily basis, your transportation situation, what your living situation will be, i.e. are you living alone?  Do you have any pets?  How much rent are you looking to spend, what in a unit matters the most to you such as easy laundry access, dishwasher, whatever it may be.  At this time you can pick and choose what you would like to move into for the upcoming fall.  Howver, if you choose to wait until August 2013, your pickings are pretty slim!  Call me anytime to discuss your upcoming situation!  Mia 617-515-7775 Brigham Circle Realty

It sounds as though you have a really tight rental market in Boston. I feel for the students who will have such a hard time finding a place to rent.
