The Green Cove Springs area has experienced a dramatic increase in Median Sales Price of 49.1% from July 2012, and 20.8% increase year to date over 2011.
The months supply of inventory is down from 13.5 months to 8.5 months, an indicator trending towards a balanced real estate market.
Sellers are receiving 88.6% of Original List Price, an indicator that many Sellers are still pricing their homes above market value.The number of closed sales is another significant number, up 20% from July 2011.
All in all, these statistics point to a recovering trend in the Green Cove Springs real estate market.
