Reston Virginia Condo Sales as of 15 January 2008

The inventory of Condos for sale in Reston was about 150 homes active on the market as of the 15th of January 2008 with new contracts running at about 20 a month.  Consequently, the absorption rate for these homes is about 7 months on the market.  Condos appear to be selling off at a considerably slower absorbtion rate than Townhomes and Singles in the Reston area.
