28 Comments on How a Los Angeles Realtor Can Add Value to Your Home Buying Process
This is a great, detailed blog on how a Los Angeles Realtor can add value to your home buying process. I am sure many Los Angeles home buyers will find this tremendously useful.
Shannon, thank you. It does relate to all areas though. And Richmond West home buyers should definitely be using your services.
Jane - I would think that any buyer reading this would understand that they would in good hands with you as their agent. You've explained a complicated process step-by-step and I'm sure you give the same wonderful guidance when you work with buyers.
Gail, thank you. As I am sure you do.
My buyers are relieved when I sign them up for a custom MLS search. No need to surf the web for hours looking at outdated listings. Nice post!
Jane - Wonderful synopsis of a real estate transaction in CA and what agents do to ensure the sale will close. Nice post!
Doug, thank you. And we do save them a lot of time and aggravation.
Norma, thank you also.
Great post Jane on all that you do! Very clear and comprehensive... you are the gal for westside luxury real estate! Kathy
Jane-The multiple offer situation is probably a big surprise for many. Especially after the weak markets of the recent past. All the more reason to use a great agent like Jane.
Kathy, thank you very much. Love the gal part :)
Wayne, thank you also.
Hi Jane, excellent step by step, in a city the size of L.A. having a good agent like you would definitely add value. It'd just be silly to try and go it alone.
Mary, thank you. And yest it woul be.
Jane, outstanding job on this detailed blog on educating Los Angeles home buyers on the value of using a good real estate agent to guide them through the difficulties of the whole process.
Rebecca, thank you. I aprpeciate it.
Jane, great job of pointing out that a buyers agent in real estate is essential. There's so much to be done during the entire process and an experienced LA real estate agent like Jane Peters will help make the LA buying experience so much simpler - if they'll only listen.
Juli, yes indeed :)
Only a fool would by a home without using a Realtor, especially in this market.
Gene, it would be tough for sure.
Jane-
What a great post! I love your thought on relaxing the list of "must haves". It is usually then that Buyers find the one that they really want. One of the items on that list that wasn't really a "must" is usually all that's stopping them from being at home!

Sara, you are absolutely right.
