Eileen, I found your post very interesting and totally agree with your systematized buyer introduction to the buying process in NYC... I personally have felt that agents should do this with every buyer before they begin working with them regardless of where they are buying... I mean we are suppose to be professionals... right??? So I always wonder why so many don't act the part...

I agree with all the previous comments... you guys are the ones I would want to work with if I were looking for a Condo in NYC... :-)

Gordon, Good to see you. Sunday is a much better day to see as many properties as possible as many have open houses on Sundays not Saturday. Sellers need a day off too from all the buyer visits.

Beth, you are right, this process apply to many buyers in different markets, it is very foundamental yet so many fail to service their buyers with these precision.
