Generate 70% + of All Google Searches to Agents Dismay

I always get a good laugh out of asking myself "Why real estate
agents hate people trying to buy homes on their smart phones"
and on real estate mobile phone apps?

Since Google is getting 70% + of all searches on "Smart Phones",
including real estate searches you would think that real estate
agents and brokers would be happy to have almost instant contact
and communication with perspective clients.

"Just because home buyers are using Smart Phones and QR codes to
get real estate listing information does not mean we need to cater to
them", quoted one agent who was mad because this meant finding
a "mobile friendly real estate website" and also having to consider
getting a real estate agent app in Android and iTunes.

Right now there are almost NO REAL ESTATE APPS for buyers looking
to use a mobile friendly real estate app anywhere in the United States.

I have put the first real estate apps in many parts of the USA and they
get free leads and uploads because people search for real estate and
contact the agent when they have found something.

Real Estate apps, aka Smart Phone apps and mobile friendly MLS search
is now a must and it is creating another gap and divide between the
"haves and have nots". Smart Phone real estate apps will replace the
way people look for real estate and it is already happening although
most agents do not realize it and are not acting on it even though
it is happening right now in front of them.

Did you know that 31% of all homes sold in Florida come from outside the USA?

How do you reach international clients in every country for $59 per month?

When was the last time you were on a listing appointment telling a prospective
listing that in 24 hours their home will be available in over 100 of the biggest
foreign countries in the world.

3. Apps get you in front of WHERE CONSUMERS are NOW on Smart Phones -
Next time you visit Starbucks take a look at how many people are on Smart Phones.
This is where consumers are now and more and more will be jumping on the
Smart Phone bandwagon as time goes on - it is where technology is headed whether
we like it or not.

I know real estate agents hate having to keep spending money on the "newest and
latest" but this train is about to leave the station and if you are serious about
being in real estate for the next 3+ years don't put this off. Smart Phone buyers
are there now in mass numbers and no one is catering to them or offering them
a mobile friendly home search solution.

Take advantage of the fact the most real estate agents are trying to put this off
and pretend that consumers "don't care", but they do. Buyers and sellers - even
those not on Smart Phones know this is the future and the way to really connect
with people in 2012 and beyond.
