Monica: These townhomes sound really nice. I have sold many townhomes for several new home builders in the Northern Virginia market when I lived there, and know the magic appeal that a townhouse, and the townhouse lifestyle can hold for the right buyer.

I looked at your floor plans from your website. It's funny how names change, or meanings can be giving different names from market area to market area. The homes I saw would either be called Duplexes... or even townhouse duplexes... and the single-detached homes would be called Patio Homes, or maybe Zero-Lot-Line homes.
