Short Sale Jitters? Allow Me To Help!

I have been working short sales since 2007 and fortunately, I have closed every transaction I have had the pleasure of working. Whether it is showing short sales to Buyers or listing short sales to sell, I have a 100% closing rate. Although they are time consuming, they do give me a sense of accomplishment because Buyers get deals and Sellers get relief.

There is nothing worse than getting behind on your mortgage and not knowing what on earth to do. Modifications are band aids. It puts what you owe on the back-end and when the period of modification ends, you can end up right back where you started. This is both frustrating and a big let down. It's almost like the bank is setting you up for failure because modifying your loan can be a temporary fix to an impending problem. It can become a vicious cycle in my opinion.

You do have those people who just walk away and say the heck with it. Not a wise decision. I believe this happens most of the time because of lack of knowledge and the fear and embarrassment of reaching out to get the help that you need. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I AM HERE TO HELP. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO IT ALONE!

Get the facts before you decide to walk away. Some homes are still sitting vacant because the seller walked away and there is nothing anyone can do because the owner of record has bailed. Bankruptcy doesn't relieve you of your responsibilities either. Don't let your pride get in the way of getting help.

So do away with those Short Sale Jitters and allow someone who is knowledgeable and patient to help. Remember you have to be patient too. Relax and get the assistance you need. Make that phone! Don't wait! Get the HELP you need help and leave the rest up to me. I am "The Realtor In Your Backyard".
