Erick: You're right. This IS a great value. I have seen townhouses go for more than this. It looks like quite a "find"... with it being in the Woodbridge, VA market. Best of luck with your marketing efforts.
Who was the original builder, do you know? I sold new homes in the Northern Virginia market for seven years, and am curious.
The seller is leaving for Colorado the end of the month and he wants the house sold so he can buy when he goes out west.
