Boynton Beach FL Real Estate Market Report - July 2012
The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. Overall, the total number of closed sales in Boynton Beach was down slightly this month over last. In my opinion, we are still in a price-driven market. Prices decreased across the board this month over last in single family homes as well as attached homes. There is still a good supply of well-priced homes in the Boynton Beach area at this time. Of course, this varies by community.
