This cute bungalow was priced at $87,500 and after a very rainy (and busy) open house on Sunday with 8 groups in an hour and a half, one buyer decided that it was THE ONE! She came back with her agent that evening and had an offer to me an hour later for the seller to consider! All accepted and done yesterday with inspections to come later this week.
