Deerfield Beach Florida Real Estate Market Report - June 2012
The Deerfield Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. In my opinion, the numbers continue to show that we are in a price-driven market. The total number of closed sales in Deerfield Beach showed a decrease again this month over last month across the board while the sold prices reflect an increase. This could be due to the low inventory we have been experiencing in south Florida.
The chart below is based on information taken from the Multiple Listing Service and sold by various MLS participants. It does not include private sales. It is deemed accurate but not guaranteed or warranted.

As of June 30, 2012 there were 50 Active Listings for sale in Deerfield Beach. There were 89 properties that were Contingent, meaning they were waiting for a contingency in their contracts to be met, and 156 properties that were Pending Sale waiting to close.
