A look at 2007...come on 2008!

A look back at a few of our favorite transactions, our favorite homes, and our favorite homes to say goodbye to!  2007 was a great year and we are moving forward with motivation in 2008!  Its gonna be a great year! 

Bayshore - Gorgeous waterfront home.  This property went under contract 3 times before it sold!  Happy day!

Centipede - can you say "wow!?"  One of the Most Magnificent Views in the valley overlooking McDowell Mountain Park! Breathtaking views span Mt Ord, The Matazals, 4 Peaks, The Goldfields, Weaver's Needle & The Superstitions.

Chaparral - Well we had two listings right next door to each other on this street.  Pretty identical with different kitchens and reversed floor plans.  Owned by a brother and sister.  Gorgeous homes, in Casa Grande.  You got a lot of house for your money!  They were far away and vacant...meaning I drove a lot.  Goodbye Chaparral!

Edgemere - In the historical district in Phoenix.  I love this house - it has character!  Not to mention it sold quickly and our client had a free lance writer put into words his experience with us, he then gave it to us as a gift.  Incredibly flattering!

Aw, Ivyglen -  Luxurious Estrella model with a gorgeous Basement on a 1.15 acre lot.  Sold for FULL price! :)

Maria - This home needed to sell quickly and it did!  Not to mention we have another listing in the same neighborhood now...

Runaway Bay - Gorgeous home, priced right...why wont it sell!  Ah...patience is a virtue.  Goodbye Runaway Bay!

WOW!  The one with the pool is fabulous!  What was the listing price??

Jayne - Bayshore was listed at $550,000 when it sold.  It is in one of the fantastic waterfront communities in AZ - The Islands.
