Chaparral - Well we had two listings right next door to each other on this street. Pretty identical with different kitchens and reversed floor plans. Owned by a brother and sister. Gorgeous homes, in Casa Grande. You got a lot of house for your money! They were far away and vacant...meaning I drove a lot. Goodbye Chaparral!
Edgemere - In the historical district in Phoenix. I love this house - it has character! Not to mention it sold quickly and our client had a free lance writer put into words his experience with us, he then gave it to us as a gift. Incredibly flattering!
Aw, Ivyglen - Luxurious Estrella model with a gorgeous Basement on a 1.15 acre lot. Sold for FULL price! :)
Maria - This home needed to sell quickly and it did! Not to mention we have another listing in the same neighborhood now...
