Hunter's Creek is located in the 32837 neighborhood in Orlando, FL. Home values in this area skyrocketed in April but have been declining a bit since then, an odd trend when compared to the majority of other Orlando real estate markets. Property values in the surrounding Orlando neighborhoods have been steadily rising in the past 6 months. 32837 and the Hunter's Creek neighborhood saw a huge increase in the price of sold homes for April 2012 but has not been able to maintain that upwards trend like most Orlando real estate markets.
