Stroke Support Group Monthly Meeting held in Katy TX


WHERE: Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital in the first floor conference room

 

ADDRESS: 23900 Katy Freeway Katy TX 77494 just west of intersection of I-10 and Highway 99 on the outbound side of the feeder road.

 

WHEN: Tuesday August 21, 2012 and every 4 TH Tuesday of each month January thru November.

 

TIME: 6 PM until 7 PM

 

SPONSORED BY: Memorial Hermann Katy and Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation Hospital

 

PRESENTERS: At this meeting Christina Leshler will cover guardianship and long-term care issues.

 

FEE: This support group is FREE and a public service put on by Memorial Hermann Katy.

 

Attendees: These sessions are open to the public and provide offers of advice to survivors, families of survivors and caretakers.  

 

Once again we are very fortunate to live in area like Katy TX. There are so many different types of community sponsored support groups such as this stroke support group and Memorial Hermann Katy is involved in several.

When you have a family member who has a Stroke it can definitley be life altering.  It's nice to know that Katy TX has a Stroke Support Group that can give those who are affected important information and much needed support.

Hi Bob.  Once again a great localism post.   Anyone faced with stoke in any capacity will appreciate the support and answers a group like this can provide.    Katy TX does appear to be very progressive in all the things that are available to the public.
