My friend you get up really early and start working. Six closing in July isn't bad and you still ahve a backlog of 16 sales. Prices for condos right on the beach appear to be going up. I think the condo market is getting better in your area? Correct?

Because of the great market reports you do, Al Raymondi, I feel as if I actually know the Ormond by the Sea area pretty well. And, that is amazing to me. Thanks for another great one. Have a really great weekend.
