Most visitors are familiar with Treehouse Condos located to east side of Indian Point in Branson MO, just south of Silver Dollar City, but the development has added some luxury units that are a part of the Treehouse COA and share the same amenities and offer spectacular views of Table Rock Lake. How have they been selling? Not bad-just in 2012 six units have sold with price ranges from $275,000 to $448,000. There’s definitely some great things about Treehouse that are attracting buyers, a good financing plan has helped, along with a good lake property with little or no maintenance.
