What a change a year has made. I was speaking to another agent the other day.While exchanging info on todays market and the direction it was heading ,she gleamed with joy mentioning that her buyers and sellers needed her more than ever ,she was truly optimistic. The new year has seen inexperienced agents fall to the wayside.Todays producers are knowledgable and have been able to adapt to the ever changing housing market we now face.Discount brokers have all but disolved allowing the professionals to earn the fees for service they deserve.Opening a door and showing a house is not enough .Todays buyers and sellers DO need us more then ever. I look upon the new year with resounding hope for all of us who earn our living helping other families secure theirs. Best of luck to all.Regards,Ron Molcho.Managing broker @ American Homes of S.I.
