I had no idea there even was such a thing as a concealed handgun class.
Sounds kind of scarey Joni! I guess it's definitley good to know how to conceal them so you don't end up hurting yourself!
Not sure I quite understand this Miss Joni.......handguns scare me.
Good morning Joni,
Roger..you don't live in Texas..I can tell. Many residents do have handguns but they have to take classes and have a background check to hold a license.
Joni, This is another fine localism post for the people of Huntsville, TX. A lot of folks will be interested in taking advantage of this class.
Good morning Joni -
A great Localism for the people in and around Huntsville Texas I'm sure the Concealed Handgun Class at Able’s Sporting will be booked so people need to sign up early. I'm all for carrying, it's smart and safe when one knows what they are doing.
Joni: While I don't have one now, I have been thinking more and more about getting qualified. This is very good local information and I bet the class will be full.
I wish we had the same opportunities in Maryland. Real estate professionals need to put personal safety as a top goal.
Have an outstanding September and be sure to have your camera in hand to capture the special moments.
I wasn't aware you had to take a class to obtain your license in TX...here in Indiana we apply and get fingerprinted, it might be nice if people had to take such a class.
Joni I passed the Virginia state licensing course many years ago, but I don't carry heat on business
Hi Joni, I think these classes are becoming more and more popular all over the country.
Safety first! That's not a class you'd see here in New Jersey!
Joni,
We have resisted the purchaser of a hand gun for a long time but I think I might have talked my wife into it. My step-son is not 19 years old. If we do get one then all of us will be taking a class as I think this is vital to owning a gun. My older son owns several guns and likes to take these guns to the practice range. These days I almost think it is becoming a necessity. Thanks for the blog and I am sure the class will be full.
Joni,
Just got back from the Texas Realtors Conference in San Antonio. Most people do carry a concealed handgun in Texas. The topic was brought up quite frequently. I'm glad you posted this one!
Joni,
Reading the post interesting what Patricia says; I think it might be time to go get one of these license great post and good advertising for local business! I hope you are having a great day!
This is one of those cases where it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
