Thank you Pamela and Lew. We are putting together another post we hope to have ready soon as well. This home has quite a history. After the flood of 2003, the entire town center of Canton was moved to avoid future floods. While this home was not flooded, it was in the target area and the sellers saved it from demolition by moving it!
That's a very spacious home Kristen, I love the wood stove - they can really help keeping the heating costs down. Best of luck with this listing, I'm sure the right family will be buying it soon.
Yes Malcolm. The sellers put a lot of work and love into this home. ...AND it has radiant floor heating in the basement...AND both a wood fired and oil fired boiler for lots of flexibility.
