The 495 Available homes for sale in Southeast Charlotte NC (LOWER than last month) are priced from $42,000 to $4.195 million, with an average list price of $395,329

Over the past six months, 615 listings have successfully closed, with an average SALES price of $324,111

Recently Sold activity has continued to INcrease and is still the biggest piece of area real estate activity- the current home sales pace is at a 33 month HIGH.

Available area real estate listings (choices for Buyers) were DOWN for the second straight month.

The Pending Sales and Recently Sold activity combined make up 63% of all area real estate activity as of August 2012.

The real estate inventory level in Southeast Charlotte is DOWN again as of August 2012 to an 4.8 month supply of homes for sale (it would take that long to clear all of the current homes for sale based on the recent sales pace).

The current supply of homes for sale in Southeast Charlotte is LOWER than this time last year.

Overall real estate market conditions are now just Under Balanced conditions - out of Buyer favored territory and the current supply of homes for sale is now a new 33 month LOW.

This is the fourth straight month of Falling real estate inventory in Southeast Charlotte.

There are still available options for home buyers considering the Southeast Charlotte and Matthews NC area at a wide variety of price points from Under $100k to more than $4 million.
