Yesterday I previewed a Fannie Mae Homepath property we have listed in our office that is a large home and a horse set up on 14 +/- acres in Coupland just east of Austin.

This home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It sits on top of a small hill and has huge views of the surrounding countryside.view from front porch

It appears that the home has some foundation issues which is common in the shifting soils here in Texas but that is the only visible problem that I saw. It seems to be in great shape besides that. From what the listing agent has shared with me the home is eligible for the Homepath Renovation Mortgage.

The property is fenced and cross fenced. It looks like the former owner had a roping arena set up. The cute, lights, and fencing are there but they do need some TLC ( or could be completely removed ). The pastures need to be shredded and weed sprayed but can be brought back to producing status for grazing and maybe even some hay production.

There is a small shedrow barn with one stall and tack and feed storage and two other seperate shedrows with there own runs.
