Today I met the measurer there who is drawing up the floor plan of the unit. She's impressed -- she's seen other Ocean Point units, but says this is the best she's seen - the seller really did a wonderful job with his remodeling, and has created a unique, sleek, high-tech home.
And the view -- did I mention the ocean view?

Beautiful property Lottie, Pacific is such a great area. My cousin lived there many years ago and I always loved her ocean view and easy commute to downtown SF. Someone is going to get a great property.
