I just became Broker-In-Charge. Yeah!! I am looking forward to the new challenges. My first task is to hire new agents. Any advice on recruiting?

Look for people with lots of integrity, honesty, intestinal fortitude(to go the distance), people oriented and the list goes on. You will know them when you "see" them. Also beware of the people who ride the "fences".
