Marketing Luxury Real Estate: Braking for the Ocean/Speechless Sunday

Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants

motorcycles on 101 near Summerland

As we were getting on the freeway heading for home after replenishing our pantry at Trader Joe's in Santa Barbara,  a 50 plus caravan of motorcycles (Harley Davidson Club) passed us by, before I could move into the next lane.  As we were watching them, we noticed that the brake lights came on simultaneously at the first sighting of the Pacific.  One of the riders was taking pictures with her smartphone.  It made us appreciate even more the beauty of our surroundings.

Happy Sunday, Cheers, Ron & Alexandra

Thank you for taking time to stop by and comment.  We see this scenery daily on our jaunts in and out of Santa Barbara.  We always stay in the left lane, because inevitably someone will brake at the sight of all that beauty.

It is and I can't wait to take our walk at low tide, later on this afternoon.  Yesterday we saw a dolphin close to shore and it was amazing how many people stopped to look and a group had cameras with telescopic lens and got the shot of the dolphing flying in and out of the water.

They could have pulled over, but I think that would have messed up their lineup.  It was a beautiful line up, and the head dude had three flags on the back of the bike flying in the wind.  The show of motorcycles was amazing.  They were having a great time this Sunday.  A

Just so it's not the DRIVER taking photos!  I have to say that the scenery when I go to Trader Joe's is somewhat less spectacular  : )  The more to enjoy the photos you post!

 Hi Ron and Alexandra -

Looks like another Sunday in California paradise to me.  Reminds me of that ole rock song.... Born To Be Wild :)  Get your motor running, get out on the highway....born to be wild.... LOL.  Good grief now that song will be in my head the rest of the day....

Hi Alexandra, I guess it's quite a fest to take photos from a moving motorcycle but then again, who could possibly resist this beautiful scenery?

Catching that first sight of the Pacific, or any other great body of water, always makes the brake lights come on. It is a beautiful sight. Hope you had a great weekend.

We thank our lucky stars on a daily basis and sometimes several times a day.

No, it was the gal behind him, actually there were several gals using their smart phones.  Ron took the photos as I was driving, so you can get a good shot while driving.

Yes, songs have a way of sticking in your head.  They were all having a good time and had excellent road etiquette.  They were having a blast, and I was delighting in their delight.

You are welcome, it is always a delight to learn from a pro.

We have done that from the car and surprisingly things turn out really well.

So true, it seems that we all slow down when we see the beauty of mother nature.

Alexandra, I never tire of looking at the water. The movement and the way the sun catches it - it never disappoints!
