Hi, Bobbie.  Here in Michigan (Detroit metro area) we like to say 1-2 showings per week minimum and definitely more the first two weeks it's on the market.  We are seeing stabilization of prices and even an slow upward trend in my local real estate market.  Inventory down almost 25% here in some areas since last year !!!  Great info here.
