Do you have a guest bedroom in your house, or is it really a storage room? We have 2 guest rooms in our house. At least, that's what I call them. In reality they are storage room. One is actually my home office/guest room.
When you are selling your house, rooms need to have a purpose. Melissa Marro, a professional Home Stager, removed the "extras" from the bedroom (see the BEFORE photo) and fashioned the room as a Mother-in-Law "suite".
