Jacki O. is in the house! (Actually selling them!)

So I was out to lunch with a title rep today and she asked me if I had heard of "active rain". I told her that I thougt so but have not had time to check it out yet. Anyway, she says its all the rage so she got my curiousity up. So, here I am, who better to blog about real estate than someone VERY busy in the industry. Last year I closed 30 transactions in a "tough" real estate year. By no means was it easy, but hey, this is going to prove who the true real estate professionals are!!! I love this market!! Anyway, I'm off to talk to a lady about a short sale, soemthing I'm becoming way to familiar with, both with my buyers and sellers. I will return.
