My Five unForgetable things

Five unForgetable Things About Me.

I am new to Active Rain so please be kind to me....

1.  I love to learn about almost everything so I have taken my CRS and ABR classes which were great, but also....I was privileged to take the Leadership Institute Classes which had incredible teachers.  (in my area it is called Leadership Northwest).

2.  I wanted to sell real estate in Mexico so I created a Mexican Corporation   - International Investment    Corporation then got my work visa and AMPIdesignation  so I could sell property in Mexico.  I have a few listings north of Cabo San Lucas.  You can check them out at http://www.buyhomesinmexico.net/ .

La Tierra Sagrada - The sacred earth. 18 acres with 270 yards of Pacific Ocean Beachfront.  $3,330,000 USD.

Las Dunas - The Dunes- 18 acres with 270 yards of beachfront adjoining the other parcel.  $2,880,000 USD.

3. I love to travel and learn about other cultures...I think that means I like to have fun!

4. Actually,  I am boring and prefer to read a book to most things...just ask my husband.  I loved the Golden Compass and the 2 other follow up books.

5. I work in Ashland, Oregon so I need know about Astrology, Numerology, and anything else metaphysical...but I like it, too.  I also become very popular at parties doing everyone's numbers.

Oh, thanks Joey R.

I am glad you tagged em so no worries.  Do you think your association would want to sponsor a class on "doing Business in Mexico"?

Krista... thats quite interesting. I was wondering why you had so much about the Mexican market and now I see why. I didn't realize it was something we could do. Sounds like I might need to do some homework on some areas I might like to visit, oops, I mean have some business in.

Stephen, but also anyone else...

Yes, learning by visiting another country can be fun!  I am working on planning a fieldtrip/education class to the Cabo, Mexico area.  I enough people there that we could have a (mexican) day long class visiting listings, title companies, real estate offices, etc.  That way we can learn something and get to write off a part of the trip.  Let me know if you want me to keep you posted.
