Top Ten Free Technology Tools for Realtors

Did I mention they were free?

The Outer Banks Association of Realtors Technology Committee met this week and it was suggested we put together our list of free technology tools. It was actually pretty tough only picking 10 - I cheated - the beauty of having your own blog. Here is my list - I would like to hear some feedback from fellow rainers. Please include your favorite program in the comments.

I think Craigslist has been a huge help - I don't even post ads in the paper anymore.

Realbird and Point2agent are the best! Just between these two sites, when you add your listing they will be syndicated to aprx over 30 sites all over the web.

Altosresearch.com is one of my favorites, it tells all the market trends of areas they cover.

Great list, Craigslist and Point2Agent are my favorites!

Ronnie, thanks for the list. FYI, when I see a top ## list in a headline I expect to see a numbered list. Maybe you could number them for future viewers.

Best intentions - started out numbering the list and it got out of control. There is always next time...

AR has been a great place for learning and seeing so many members willing to share what they have learned.

Thanks for your generous giving of what you have found that works for you.

I've borrowed some of them for my use.

PS: I used to own two condos there at the Outer Banks Beach Club for 13 years. Sold them about 4 years ago. Now I miss coming out there. Oh well.

The Outer Banks? Lucky you. What a beautiful place!! For me, Point2Agent. I will bookmark this to look through all the comments and see what is new that I might be missing.
