This is not my traditional postcard.  I thought it was time to make a change and send a marketing piece that would clearly describe the intensity with which we market online.  We have a great marketing department, and we created this postcard together.

I used the jumbo postcard for this mailing because I had more to say.  The small card would have been too cluttered, and it was important to make the websites visible and the focal point of the postcard.  This postcard will be sent to every single family home in Franklin MA, and it will direct them to actually do a Google search for: “top producing agent in Franklin MA.”

This postcard is an easy way to provide direction to potential buyers and sellers who may not know who to call for their buyer consultation or their free market analysis.  This postcard is the instruction guide to be used by potential future real estate clients who need to know how their future agent markets property and themselves. 

For those who are computer savvy, this postcard will shout out to those who value online marketing that we do it better than others.  For those who are frequent Internet users, this postcard will establish a benchmark with which others will need to compete.  Unless we provide this information, how will potential buyers and sellers know what we do or how well we do it?

Hi Barbara, I love those jumbo cards myself, and you do have a very clear and concise message for both sellers and buyers. Adding your New Home construction is also an added benefit for those buyers, who are looking to purchase New Homes.

Hi Chris Ann.... this is a first....so I'm not sure how great is going to be, but we'll give it a shot..... if I make a score, you'll see a rash of listings come on the market..... our shelves are full of new construction and maybe a couple of resales.....everything is under agreement....

I never thought of this.  I love it!  Clean and simple...it looks fantastic.  I'm only doing "just listed" postcards right now but this is a great idea.  I'm definitely going to try this.  I'm also going to incorporate this on my next batch of door hangers.  Thank you for sharing yet another great idea Barbara!

Another great postcard, Barbara!  I may not be the top producing agent in my area, but I am starting to do videos of the local real estate market so once I get a few done I am going to "shout it out" on a postcard like this.  Yes, we need to set ourselves apart from our competitors.  I am going to check out your various websites now.
