Homes Sold:  74

Average List Price:  $153,415

Average Sales Price:  $148,297 (97% of list price)

Median List Price:  $115,950

Median Sales Price:  $114,000

Lowest Sales Price:  $8,000 (3 BR 2 Bath 1,346 Sq Ft Home that was a short sale and needed more than a little TLC!)

Highest Sales Price:  $547,500 (5 BR 5.5 Bath 3,349 Sq Ft Home in Heron Preserve Subdivision)

Average Days On Market:  84

What does this report tell us about real estate in Fort Wayne?  It's moving.  74 homes sold in a week is a very good sign.  The days on market last week is up 20 from last week.  That's not a good thing, but over the past few years the average days on market in Fort Wayne has been closer to 100.
