We Preview Homes for our out of town Buyers
In this competitive Manhattan New York market place, we work with many international foreign buyers or buyers that are out of town, there are times when buyers are busy or out of town and they would ask us to preview properties for them.
After our initial discussion with our buyers, we make recommendations or suggestions on what condos that will work best for our buyers. We have value-able knowledge and information about those properties that we can share with our buyers that no other agents can.
On occasions, there will be some unique properties that the buyers are looking for, that in order for us to maximize buyers' time and appointment, we make the time to preview the property for them to make sure those properties are worth their time to visit. We will document the property by hundreds of photos and/or videos to send to our out of town buyers.
I often hear from other Real Estate agents saying that they do not preview the properties for their buyers, especially they think it is a waste of time. I think as Real Estate professionals, we should be well versed and knowledgeable to our market place, previewing properties is always a good experience, there is always something to learn and rare a waste of time.
It is absolutely crucial on learning about the market and the properties in your market place, not only serve the buyers you are currently working with, it can also help you with the next sets of buyers that may be looking in the same criteria.
