That seems a lot of money for so few good leads. Most of our success comes from Google pay per click and blogging.
Looks like Jack is already cash flow positive on the ad spend plus an additional 45 buyers in the pipeline. So if you think 10% of those buyers close at $2k commission per transaction, then Jack will have generated $25k in commission revenue on $14k in ad spend which is 71% return on investment, with limited additional expense. Wall Street would kill for returns, but it may be more work than some are interested in.
