Carol ~ Is there not a lot of turnover because owners do not move often, or some other reason?? Thanks for the stats!

Hi Brian,
This is a neighborhood mostly made up of business executives, doctors, lawyers etc.  They don't move much once they settle in... unless they get transferred.

Carol, once you find a great neighborhood like Wenatchee, why move. Love that apple! It also helps to keep value in the neighborhood - wouldn't you agree?

Sal & Gena:  Yep... very little turnover is this neighborhood.  There are several neighborhoods where this is true in Wenatchee.  And, there are other neighborhoods where there is a lot of turnover.  Most of the high turnover neighborhoods are those that serve the first and second time home buyers.  Broadview and Briarwood, in particular are "settle in" neighborhoods.  These folks don't seem to sell unless they move out of town or when they are ready to scale down for retirement.
