Kristal,
Great advice regarding having sellers obtain a current credit report after a short sale.
Kristal - Thank you for sharing detailed quality information about Tuesday's tips (for Sellers and Buyers).
Good Morning Kristal, great tips to help with your credit after a short sale! Thanks for the advice.
Kristal, excellent advice for buyer and seller as you stated in your post. How unfortunate that the buyer found out too several years too late that the lender had not filed proper documents about short sale. Same advice applies following a divorce or bankruptcy.
One of these days I need to run my own report. Thanks for advice.

Thanks for posting in this group.
Michele ~ just thought I would pass along the unfortunate experience and a solution.
John ~ you are welcome!
Kim ~ I know Arizona is seeing its share of short sales.
Mary ~ I had not thought about it but divorce and bankruptcy are definite reasons to check your report. Thanks for the feature! ;-)
Hi Kristal-
My, are you right about those shared experiences! Thank you for sharing yours about checking to see that a short sale was reported correctly on the Seller's credit report. It amazing how a small glitch (or not so small), can stop someone from buying a home in the future.
