Both of my sons are Eagle Scouts so when I see a local Boy Scout Troop holding an event I try to support it.  Yesterday on my through Durham, CT I saw the above sign announcing Boy Scouts Troop 270 Durham Ct Fundraiser this coming weekend, and it quickly caught my eye. 

The Boy Scouts of America is a great organization that helps our young boys and men learn skills that will assist them throughout their lives.  The Boy Scouts of America thought my two sons leadership, and survival skill that will equipped them to handle situations that they will face throughout their lives.  The Boy Scouts of America teach our young men what it is to be a citizen and the duties that we need to fulfill as citizens.  The Boy Scouts of America teach our young men to be respectful of others as well as themselves.  The Boys Scouts of America teach our young men to "Always Be Prepared" for everything in life.

So I hope that you set time aside this weekend to stop by the United Churches of Durham, 228 Main Street, Durham Ct and help support the Boy Scouts Troop 270 Durham Ct Fundraiser, and enjoy some fried dough.
