Mistakes In The Purchase Agreement

Education & Training with REcampus Fully Accredited Florida ONLINE & Classroom Training in Destin, Pensacola Florida

Both the licensee who prepares a contract and the licensee's employer are responsible for mistakes in the agreement. If errors, omissions, or ambiguities exist regarding material terms, the courts will not go outside the contents of the contract to decide intent.

The licensee who prepared the contract may not explain an intent not shown in the contract's contents. If a contract is vague and unenforceable, the result could be no transaction at all, loss of commission, and a possible civil lawsuit against the licensee.
