Phoenix Market Update

I just ran the numbers and they still look good. We currently have 45130 Single Family homes on our MLS. This only takes single family homes into account it does not take condos, town homes, etc... into account.

While there are about 1000 more than my last update, the number is still down in comparison to a few months ago. And I believe that things will only get better, I believe that the greater Phoenix market has begun to stabilize.
