Nice idea, but what is the catch? I am always skeptical when the "free" word is used.

I agree with Dennis (above comment).  It is a great offer but what is it going to cost us after this "FREE" offer is extended?

I guess "the catch" is that you may find some marketing tools that will help you with your business, or you may not. Either way, the first one (any of your choice) is on me, absolutely free, there is NO credit card required to create an account or any obligation to buy anything. After the first free item, if there is something else you like or think you may benefit from, you will have to buy it for $15 (or less) per item.

Additionally, to be honest and upfront, when you create an account, you will added to Lender Design's customer/contact list. Therefore, you will receive e-mails from Lender Design periodically to let you know about updates, etc. (I guess that can be considered a catch also)?

I guess the last couple years has made us all very skeptical and as a subscriber I can tell you that I was skeptical when I first signed up. My thought ranged from its a scam to they will be out of business next week. Over a year later I can tell you that it's the best value in marketing I have ever seen in 20 years in the business. In addition to being up to ten times the price many other services charge extra to customize it with your photo and logo which these people don't. Best of all when you click on the flyer they fill in for you with out extra steps on all that I have used. The option to buy individual items is a recent option which makes it easy to get started. I personally have the yearly subscription which I believe is currently $180.00. It's a no brainer to at least visit the site and get the free flyer.
