Henderson Nevada Real Estate Trends - July 2012

Real estate sales slowed in July with 542 home sales in Henderson Nevada (down from 615), and the median selling price falling to $155,000 (down $4,400). Single-family homes had 440 sales with a median price of $185,000 -- up $10,000 from June and up $30,000 from the beginning of the year. Overall activity for condos and townhouses both declined slightly.

In 2011 there were a total of 7,175 home sales in Henderson Nevada. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1,758 square foot home with a selling price of $145,000. The median selling price for a single-family home fell by 2.4% during the year, from $164,000 to $160,000.
