THINK SNOW!
The 5th annual Race to the Top of Vermont will take place on Sunday, August 26 at 9 am. The event is open to runners, hikers and cyclists to climb Mt. Mansfield's 4.3 mile Toll Road Ski Trail with an approximate elevation gain of 2,500 feet. The event is hosted by the Catamount Trail Association and proceeds will benefit the Catamount Trail and Vermont Land Trust.
Approximately 800 particpants will partake in the event. There is a barbeque afterwards. Finishers who make it to the top will not only have a great sense of accomplishment, but will also be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views from the summit.
And remember, it's never too early to THINK SNOW!!!
