Recently I had a phone converstion with someone who absolutley hated Realtors.
She has had a bad experience with more than a few or so she stated .
She further explained that she has a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a septic tank that has no permit and has not been serviced in years! At least 10 years
Did I mention the well water ?
In addition this stellar home has no central heat or air.
The ab fab price she expected to receive was $170,000 - $200,000
She went on to say she was just calling to find out if she was letting it go too cheep ,seems she found someone
to wire her the money from England and it was to be sent to her checking account .
But she hates Realtors and fired hers all because her Realtor told her it should be priced about $20,000
And according to her real serious buyers are paying her alot more , She hung up the phone after telling me all this
I could not get a word in .
