Congratulations to my buyers who closed this past Monday on their purchase of 5 Gertrude Ave. in Sharon, MA.
These first time home buyers were looking for a home in Sharon MA to stay close to their son's daycare provider and also to take advantage of the highly rated Sharon school system.
We looked throughout the spring and into summer at a number of homes for sale in Sharon MA and finally found THE one when we saw 5 Gertrude Ave.
A cape-style home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home is in a nice little neighborhood and is just in need of a little TLC to make it shine. It is full of charm, with a fenced in back yard and a nice deck off the back. 
This young family saw the potential of this home and knew they could make it their own. They'll be living in a great town, close to daycare and close to the commuter rail for their commute in to Boston for work.
It was a pleasure to work with them and as with every client, I will miss seeing them on a regular basis. I wish them many years of happiness in their new home!
