4 Comments on Cooper City Sacrifices To Keep It Someplace Special.

A lot of our cities have to make the hard choices to keep everything going at a high level.
Good luck and success.

Lou, they sure have and I know we all have to sacrifice. As long as they keep us safe!

I live in a small town, Yountville, in the middle of the Napa Valley. Fortunately, the town has 451 hotel rooms with and average rate of $343/night. On top of the room rate there is a 12% tax which goes straight into the town's coffers. This accounts for 60% of the town's budget. I don't know how Florida handles this, but it sure is a savior here. We are one of the few California cities/towns with a surplus. cheers cvc
Good for you! I wish I could live there! The weather was awesome when I visited!
