Yes it is that time of year again and here are some  Important Tax Dates to remember:

January 15th - Estimated Taxes - Final Installment of 2007 estimated taxes due on Form 1040-ES. If you have Payroll over a certain dollar amount in 4th quarter, you may need to also make a payroll deposit before the 15th. Make sure you confirm with your payroll adviser on what your requirements may be.

January 31st - Employer Taxes - Employers must file Form 941 for 4th Quarter 2007 payroll activity and Form 940 for 2007 Federal Unemployment Tax.

January 31st - Employer Filings - Employers must issue Form W-2 to Employees for 2007 Payroll and issue Form 1099s to vendors that they paid more than $600 in 2007 for services or rent.
