IF you have an FHA loan that was closed prior to May 2009 - you might want to Apply for an FHA streamline refinance, NOW.
Why?
a. historically LOW Rates
b. FHA Streamline does not require an Appraisal
c. Mortgage Insurance will be almost as low as it was back then (not the current high MI rates that FHA charges)
