Good morning Shanna-
If I were you I would push this big time on AR. Change up the add weekly. I've found desired school zones etc in the title works for those Googling certain areas. A YouTube video would be an eye catcher then post it in a blog too. It will all come together and work for you my friend. May the real estate force be with you.....

I would do a public post about your house, but one asking other rainers to suggest shouldn't be public (just my opinion). And you should do a youtube video and post it. I get some great exsposure on some listings from posting virtual tours on youtube.
John - Thank you for your advice. I've learned to always pay attention to the suggestions you give. Thanks for going above and beyond and giving me ideas not just compliments - not that I don't love the compliments - especially on my own home, but I am very grateful for positive feedback. Joshua - I do feel like it's a dream home - and have enjoyed every minute of it. There isn't any need to go on vacation as we feel like we are on vacation with all the emenities already on site.
