I want figs for Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks!

I roamed the North Beach MD Farmer's Market Friday Night.

There on the tailgate of a truck were two kinds of figs.

Now when you say figs I want some as in fill the bag. The whole bag.

No wonder I always liked Fig Newtons.

Check them out. I pictured prunes. Picture instead a juicy, plum kind of taste pleasure.

Cheryl, love figs, always did.  Now I have a couple of small trees... you could imagine my joy last year when I ate from my own harvest (9 total).  Delicous.

Cheryl, I too love figs.  I always liked Fix Newtons but when I lived in the Middle East I encountered fresh figs and fell in love.  Thanks for reminding me of how good they are.
